Applying

Choose a clean, dry, hair-free area , inner forearm, upper arm, shoulder, or hip. Skip any spot where you've applied lotion, oil, or sunscreen, since these stop the adhesive gripping properly.

Peel the patch from its backing and press it flat onto relaxed skin. Don't stretch the skin taut first , applying under tension is what causes edges to lift and small tension blisters to form. Smooth it down for a few seconds and you're done.

Removing

Wet method: Dampen the patch and surrounding skin with warm water to soften the adhesive.

Oil method: Work a little body or coconut oil around the edges before peeling for a gentler release.
